BROWN BROS, and CO. have received instructions from Mr. Hugh Naughton, of Tumut, to sell by auction, at their Bazaar, in Castlereagh Street, on

WEDNESDAY, 21stJanuary. at 11.50 o'clock,

15 bead of very superior draught horses, bred in mountain country; will stand any amount of work.

The above will be found a very good lot, and well adopted for present requirements.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Accounts and Plan of Distribution in the above Estate have this day been filed in my office, Philip- Street, Sydney and all persons having any claim on the said Estate or being otherwise interested therein are hereby required to come in before me, at my said office on or before the twelfth day of MAY next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, and inspect the same, and if they shall think fit object thereto; otherwise, if the said accounts be not objected to the same will be examined by me and passed according to law AND NOTICE is also here- by given that on the allowance of the said accounts by the Court, Commission will be applied for on behalf of PATRICK NAUGHTON. of Tumut, aforesaid, Farmer, one of the Executors named in the will of the abovenamed deceased.

1898 Gladstone Hugh NAUGHTON, was born in TUMUT - (Ref NSW BDM No.35166) It show that in 1977 about 11 years after the flooding of the Blowering Valley Gladstone Hugh NAUGHTON son of HUGH & ROSE died. (Ref- NSW BDM 3120/1977).

1901 Mary B NAUGHTON, was born in TUMUT - (Ref NSW BDM No.8018) - Records show that in 1906 Miss Mary B NAUGHTON daughter of HUGH & ROSE E died in Tumut, NSW - (Ref- NSW BDM 6868/1906)

1903 Annie M NAUGHTON, was born in TUMUT - (Ref NSW BDM No.7612)

1904 Elen C NAUGHTON, was born in TUMUT - (Ref NSW BDM No.27393)

1906 Edmond Patrick NAUGHTON, was born in TUMUT - (REf NSW BDM No.29408) 54072/1972 NAUGHTON EDMUND PATRICK HUGH ROSE ELLEN RYDE

1909 Thomas Garner (Garney) NAUGHTON was born in Tumut - (Ref NSW BDM 9139/1909) He was to later take over the running of the family property until the resumption of the valley.

At this time it is not known when George was born - but the record shows in 1964 Mr George Stephen NAUGHTON son of HUGH & ROSE ELLEN died in Newtown, Sydney - (Ref- NSW BDM 21707/1964).
